Acceptable use

You may

• Read, search, and link to any page.
• Quote records and articles with attribution and a link back to the source page.
• Use the site to check whether a domain you own, or a message you received, appears here.
• Report errors, request corrections, and request removals as described in the removal policy.

You may not

• Use the records to harass, threaten, or contact the people or businesses named in them. Many are victims of the messages we publish.
• Republish the records in bulk, or build a competing dataset from them, without written permission.
• Crawl or scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or bypass rate limits and anti-abuse checks.
• Submit false removal requests, false contact information, or attempt to verify control of a domain you do not control.
• Use the contact or removal forms to send unsolicited commercial messages. We do notice the irony, and we will publish them.

Enforcement

We may block addresses or networks that violate this policy and decline further requests from them. Serious misuse may be referred to the relevant authorities under Pennsylvania and federal law.
